Event organisers
Organisers are the organisations responsible for running events. A venue is where an event takes place; it is not automatically the organiser.

Organise an event?
Add a new event or claim an existing listing
Game stores, clubs, gaming cafés, community groups and hobby venues can also create an organisation to manage a public profile, places and regular activities. The same workspace can publish events.
- Search the event directory first. If your event is listed, open it and choose Claim this event. Claims need moderator approval before your organisation can edit that listing. An imported organiser name alone does not grant access.
- If it is not listed, sign in or create an account. You can create an organiser organisation and become its owner immediately. If you already belong to one, ask its owner or administrator to invite your account.
- Create a private draft for a new event. You can edit your organisation’s draft before and during publication review. Submit it when required details are complete; it stays private until a moderator approves it.
You can edit your organisation’s events. You cannot edit an existing event owned by another organisation unless your claim is approved. Event ownership and imported source identity are protected by the platform.
